As a result, we have exciting new opportunities available for experienced professionals to support our team by training our clinical staff on this new software! This is a full time position with expectation of travel throughout our system. For base location we are open at this time however ideally we would like someone based on Central Wisconsin (Weston, Merrill, Stevens Point or Marshfield). This benefit-eligible role. In this position, you will train and provide end-user support on our newly implemented Electronic Health Record, CattailsMD. You will perform assessments regarding computer-related learning needs and competencies, design educational content for group and individual training, and work collaboratively to ensure efficient utilization of clinical software systems. Responsibilities include:

Coordinating training courses including scheduling times, booking rooms, inviting participants, and tracking participation

Creating and developing curriculum appropriate to the level and needs of the audience

Facilitating training, both in large groups (presenting) and in 1:1 scenarios (at-the- elbow)

Assessing the effectiveness of the training that has been performed and providing any follow up, additional training

Collaborating with Information Technology staff to assist in identifying gaps in training and use of the CattailsMD system

Performing follow-up and recommendations regarding workflow in the CattailsMD system

Qualifications

We're building a diverse team to support this initiative, and will be hiring selectively for the needs presented by this unique initiative. We will consider a variety of backgrounds including:

Educators (school teachers, adjunct instructors, professional trainers)

New graduates with a bachelor's degree in Education

Professionals with strong Training and Development experience

Information Technology professionals with experience manipulating/creating/training Clinical Applications

To be considered, there are several requirements we are targeting, as well as some strong preferences:

MUST possess a minimum of an Bachlor's Degree in Education, Management, Communication, Nursing, or Information Technology

MUST be technically savvy, adept at using a variety of computer programs

MUST have demonstrated experience leading and training adult learners

MUST have strong understanding of and passion for adult education

MUST have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm

MUST be flexible and adaptable to the varied travel schedule as required by this position

First preference will be given to candidates with 2-5 years demonstrated teaching experience with adults

Prefer 2-5 years professional experience in the areas of Education, Communication, Nursing, Information Technology

Prefer experience developing curriculum
