Summary:
Candidate will support SAP Performance Management functionality across Comcast. In addition to leading this effort, he/she will be responsible for the annual build, test and deploy activities for the annual process each year. He/she will also be responsible for collaborating with business leaders to help define new requirements as well as serve as a tier three support resource.

Major Duties:
? Collaborate with solution designers, project managers and software developers in the build, test and deployment of our annual performance management cycle.
? Document, track and determine priority of reported bugs and usability issues.
? Maintain relationship with third party vendors as required.
? Provide production support for current Performance Management process.
? Gather requirements, build, test and deploy Performance Management template to support annual process.
? Support all Performance Management reporting requirements.
? Support third party application testing as needed.
? Assist in the annual SAP compensation process

Minimum Requirements:
Education
? Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Experience
? Ideal candidate will have 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Performance Management
? At least 2 years of experience of support of SAP HCM Performance Management including configuration and defect resolution
? At least 1 year of experience supporting SAP HCM Compensation Management, Learning (LSO) or recruiting modules.
? Develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents
? Experience performing all tasks in the development cycle, starting from business process definition, to configuration and unit testing, assistance and follow-up with user testing, to co-ordination of transports to Production, to training and post-live support and fixes, etc.
? General understanding of SAP Compensation Management
? General understanding of standard SAP security and structural authorizations
? Familiarity with SAP WebDynpro UI in the context of Performance Management
? Familiarity with SAP workflow in the context of SAP Performance Management
? Experience in identifying and resolving defects related to SAP Performance Management and SAP Compensation Management
? Experience with or knowledge of Mercury Quality Center
? Experience in other areas of SAP Talent Management
? Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
? Experience with MS Office suite
? Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem solving skills required
? Ability to handle multiple tasks
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tasks:
  • Answers HRIS-related questions proposed by department heads and other
employees at all levels of the organization in a timely fashion.
  • Conducts regular HRIS maintenance and audits to ensure the quality of
data.
  • Provides user feedback to management and helps influence future
systems enhancements.
  • Responsible for the rollout, training, and communication for annual
systems processes such as performance management, merit and bonus
payment, and learning management systems applications. Designs, builds,
and tests all new enhancements and is responsible for production support
of any defects.
  • Provides weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Provides special reports
and analyses to support the business as necessary.
  • Supports efforts to maintain accurate master data. Extracts data and
provides analysis of master and transactional data.
  • Oversees the correction of master data with appropriate field HR
personnel and Employee Service Center personnel.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters
of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
