Position Summary: The Client Services Provider Enrollment Team Member is responsible assisting the client through the paperwork required by Medicare and other government programs that allow them to file claims with those agencies. Contacting those agencies to facilitate that paperwork is also required.

Essential Functions Summary: Ensuring sufficient supplies of forms are in stock and that those forms are the most current available by reviewing resources such as provider bulletins and websites. Issuing enrollment forms to clients with written instructions and personal assistance in completing those forms. Tracking completed forms to their final destination and researching any issues that may delay the credentialing process. Entering physician information utilizing computer database. Tracking to ensure that information and credentials remain current. Performing bi-yearly sanction audit and handling W-9 requests.

Position Requirements:
1. Communicate with clients in a professional manner.
2. Provide assistance to clients and agencies to facilitate the completion of paperwork.
3. Develop and maintain a library of relevant websites.
4. Meet routine deadlines and work schedules as well as timely and accurate completion of special projects and any other duties as assigned.
5. Understand, support, enforce and comply with company policies, procedures and standards of business ethics and conduct.
6. Display a positive attitude as well as professional, polite, considerate and courteous conduct and treatment of others in the course of duties.

Reporting Relationships: The Provider Enrollment Team Member reports directly to the Client Representative assigned with oversight by the Regional Director.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to work with minimum supervision are essential.
Ability to communicate in the English language clearly and concisely, both in writing and on the phone.
Project a professional and helpful attitude.
Knowledge of word processing, electronic spreadsheets and general office skills

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for 8 hours with occasional breaks. Ability to speak on the phone. Good manual dexterity, strength and health of hands, fingers and wrists. Adequate eye sight in order to read files, documents and computer monitors.

Typical conditions of an office environment.
