Following a large investment in breakthrough new products, we are seeking a sales/business development manager to drive the global adoption of these products in the Retail sector (self-check out/payment stations) . This industry is served by several large and complex global accounts. The primary focus of this position is to lead an international team to work with these accounts and their customers. Key responsibilities include developing large account strategies, identifying product development opportunities, and selling the value of our propositions to the end users. This role will report to the Director of Global Retail Payment and preferably will be based in our West Chester, PA headquarters or in or near the Southeast Region of the United States (home office).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Minimum of 5 years of sales and market development experience required; cross functional understanding and experience in working in cross-functional teams
Demonstrated credibility with technology/technical discussions is a must
Outstanding interpersonal and customer facing skills; ability to create effective teams with personnel from various departments and levels
Financial acumen, able to create and interpret business models and make sound decisions base on financial information
Engineering background desired
MBA or equivalent post grad professional qualification preferred
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cash management within either Retail, Quick Service Retail or Financial Services preferred
