As a Territory Sales Manager in National Accounts Small Format/Managed Services your mission will be to drive single serve distribution, volume and share in assigned Managed Service Accounts in your respective territory. Accountability will be for the Total portfolio including DSD brands such as Dr Pepper, 7UP and Snapple as well as the DPSG Finished Goods products. Key communication of programs and selling opportunities will be necessary to our bottling partners and field personnel to win in this channel.

Contact and develop business relationships with several levels of management and key decision-makers of assigned Regions including VP, ROSM, District Manager, General Manager, Regional Marketing Director and Regional Operations Director for the purpose of maintaining and growing business. Identify and contact influential Managers who are in a position to influence the growth of our brands in Managed Services accounts.
Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans with assigned Managed Services Regions to achieve Division volume and profit objectives.
Drive business agenda for assigned National Managed Services / Third Party /On-Premise accounts. Coordinate internally and with distributors and bottling partners to secure long term sales and profit growth through signing and managing multi-year national agreements with assigned accounts.
Coordinate with bottlers, distributors and other suppliers to ensure implementation and execution of plans regionally.
Identify new availability targets and coordinate the activities required to gain that business. This will require regular contact on key influencers by both NAE and Field Sales.
Direct and manage resources (Field Sales, Marketing team) toward the execution and implementation of plans and programs developed at the Region or Division level. Activity demands team leadership skills in order to effectively communicate and motivate resources to proper execution of plans.
Responsibilities include securing competitive information and forwarding of that information to Team VP for analysis and evaluation.
Manage promotional investment funds (Marketing funds) designed to increase our volume and brand identity at maintenance accounts and support new availabilities at target accounts. There are also internal responsibilities with the management of these funds which demand specific attention to detail in order to ensure correct funding and payment.
Develop and maintain accurate account records. Review and evaluate volume reports, funding reports, competitive data, and all other reports and/or records relevant to management of Managed Services business. This would also include timely submission of reports to immediate and senior management.
Additional Duties Attend Business sessions, Marketing seminars and other trade shows to insulate existing business, sell new availability, and promote brand awareness.
This person would be home-office based in the Tampa/Orlando area, traveling a minimum of 50% of the time.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of experience in the CPG industry,
High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of experience in the CPG industry.
2 years of experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access.
