We continually seek achievement-oriented technical support engineers to work with our customers and ensure their success using ActiveVOS. Coordinating with our engineering teams, technical support engineers work with our customers predominantly online to guide them to solutions for issues they encounter developing, deploying and running ActiveVOS applications. Our technical support positions require a minimum of 3 years software professional experience on systems-level products. Candidates must have a working knowledge of SQL databases, hands-on experience with Java and XML, as well as a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Unix.

Experience with web services and JEE application servers is highly desirable. Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential. A BS in computer science (or equivalent) is required. These positions are based in Active Endpoints' Shelton, CT headquarters.
