Job Description:
The IT Technical Support Specialist Intern provides
hands-on support and administration of end user computer
systems, peripherals, and software applications. This
position acts as the point of contact for all SVA
applications, end users systems/hardware, and technical
support requests. The intern will follow defined
Helpdesk procedure for the deployment of computers and
software installation/upgrade. They will also diagnose
and resolve technical hardware and software issues and
administer the Helpdesk Management System (KBox) and
deployment tools.

Job Requirements:Education:
Student currently enrolled in school, working towards an
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or
Information Technology field.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working in
a multi-site environment with 200+ users with hands-on
support with Microsoft desktop operating systems.
