The Employment Specialist is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the
's recruitment and selection processes. Assists managers and supervisors in employment decisions.
Serves as a resource to managers and staff for employment functions/issues.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field of study required. Minimum of three (3) years of employment recruitment experience including recruitment campaigns and processes preferably in a healthcare setting along with knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment laws and regulations is required.
