Recruiting on behalf of client who seeks Human Resources Manager. This position will manage human resources activities and work closely with the organization's leadership team. Serves as point of contact for all HR related issues. Works independently on a wide range of HR topics, focusing on talent management, managing positive employee relations matters, and delivers compliance training for the organization.
Bachelor's degree in HR, or other closely related field, and a minimum of 4 years broad generalist experience supervising staff, with an emphasis on talent management, employee relations and strategic HR. PHR preferred.
