JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Partner Training Field Specialist will provide world-class Anti-money Laundering, Fraud Prevention and Point-of-Entry (POE) Product training to large and Independent Partners on-site, by webinar and via telephone. Additionally, the position will work with Partner Training and Strategic Accounts management to coordinate all shipping and training requirements for roll-outs. The Senior Partner Training Field Specialist is also responsible for shipping equipment, scheduling training sessions, and researching Agent account information. The Senior Partner Training Field Specialist will develop customized training material, map and schedule installation and training appointments, ensure timely equipment shipping, coordinate travel requirements, lead other team members in the field, and represent MoneyGram with constant professionalism. The role will require the ability to assemble all equipment platforms and perform extensive software and/or hardware troubleshooting and analysis with minimal support. The Senior Partner Training Field Specialist will be required to become certified within six months of hire, and maintain annual re-certification, in AML compliance and Fraud prevention.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Conduct training for large partner accounts via phone, webinar, and on-site. Complete partner location installations, POE trouble-shooting, and signage displays, following-up as necessary to ensure sites are fully operational.
  • Work directly with department, account, and partner management teams to coordinate roll-outs. Develop shipping requirements, site mapping, training schedules, and presentation materials. Facilitate roll-out meetings for departmental staff, account, and partner management.
Attend regular meetings with Customer Development and other groups to prepare for future training needs for large partner accounts. 45% of Time

Conduct shipping, scheduling and training to support the on-boarding process for Independent partners in the Americas, including: prioritizing workload based on input from sales and timeliness of arrival, researching account information and accurately completing data systems. 40% of Time

Perform special projects, as directed by department leadership. 10% of Time

Maintain AML and Fraud Prevention Certification. Stay current on new processes and other duties as assigned. 5% of Time

Skills and Experience Required:

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communication, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience. (Required)
  • Minimum 4 years in a financial or customer service environment (Required) with an emphasis in training. (Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in training or delivering presentations in a group setting. (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years in technical writing, process documentation, or publication. (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of AML regulatory laws and reporting (CTR, SAR, etc.). (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to employ tact and to appropriately adjust communications when interacting with individuals at varying levels in the organization. (Required)
  • Proven success in consulting with stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside the company. (Required)
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills – ability to find and evaluate information from internal and external sources and make sound decisions. (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability in effective and autonomous decision making for project management, partner roll-outs, and issue resolution. (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, consistent, and detailed presentation and training materials for a variety of audiences: senior leadership, departmental trainers, and partner employees. (Preferred)
  • Polished telephone skills. (Required)
  • Polished stand-up presentation skills and ability to manage large training sessions. (Required)
  • Proven effectiveness in time management, record keeping, and follow-up. (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Required)
  • Proficiency in MoneyGram systems: Profile Editor, Plutto, Savvion, etc. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish. (Required)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of year, and maintain current passport and valid driver’s license. (Required)
