Successful applicant will perform duties relative to menu production, sanitation, and preparation for regular and special diets.
Selected individual will work with the food production team to prepare meals for regular and special diets.
Also accepting applications for part-time employment, however these positions are NOT eligible for State Employee Benefits.
Must be able to work rotating shifts 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Experience with large quantity cooking, including recipe expansion
Prior food service experience in the healthcare environment
High School diploma or equivalency
Culinary training a plus
