Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-house support for the Datalogix Walmart and Sam’s Club businesses and report directly to the Strategic Client Lead.

Specifically, you will:
Directly engage and support to Walmart & Sam’s Club stakeholders

Deliver quarterly and annual client contracted services

Execute tactical client engagement plans and manage near-term client priorities across DLX

Handle discussions focused on client’s business issues and manages and provides direct support for delivery

Lead daily account interactions to build client business with DLX

Interact with stakeholders across Walmart & Sam’s including: WMT Global Insights, WMT marketing, WMT merchandising; Sam’s Insights, Sam’s marketing, Sam’s merchandising

Provide account management services

Ensure all client commercial transactions and programs executed flawlessly including

Digital media planning

Campaign design and management

DLX Analytics

DLX-Walmart data management

Provide onsite business decision support

Provide analytic thought leadership across the organization

Deliver client and campaign-specific analysis needed to deliver product value, including:

Evaluation of results from offline and online campaigns

Troubleshooting underperforming output

Campaign design support and recommendations

Improve existing work or author original analysis that advance our ability to:

Interpret results

Communicate directly to client stakeholder

Develop impactful presentations that:
Communicate analytical findings in an intuitive manner

Overcome client objections

Provide compelling recommendations that are supported by analytical rigor

Engage internal and external Walmart stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:
Must have domain (digital marketing) and industry (CPG) knowledge

Experience working with data solutions and marketing required

Comfort with technology and analytics; ability to understand performance marketing and effectively lead discussions

Thought Leadership & Analytic skills:
Excellent problem solving skills especially in marketing and data solutions; agility to diagnose and solve for client problems

Innovative – offering new ideas and perspectives add value and drive revenue

Can connect solutions to problems; can create and close selling opportunities

Client Relationship Skills:
Easily and rapidly builds client and agency relationships; strengthens existing relationships

Has proven track record of building both personal and professional client relationships

Has proven track record of integrating into a client’s business and becoming an indispensable component of their team

Effectively manages complex or difficult client situations with minimal support

Advocates client’s perspective; can successfully integrate DLX & client needs finding mutual wins

Works effectively across internal company stakeholders to deliver results. Builds strong relationships in remote location.

Analytical Skills:
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and deliver appropriate solutions

Comfortable directly leading client discussions on campaign results & performance drivers

Ability to engage and strategically driving analytical agenda such as client “Learning Plans”

Ability to access data through various systems and interfaces
