Willingness to ride with assigned Route Sales Representative on their delivery route in an effort to acquire "on day" new business.
Responsible for developing personal and team sales with prospective customers through in-outlet cold calling and must meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
Provide potential customers with information on DS Waters' products and services.
Responsible for leading a team of high-performing sales consultants to ensure each member executes tactics to achieve profit and volume goals.
Responsible for training and developing sales consultants, leading weekly team huddles, and providing performance feedback, to management.
Implements strategy in key markets, in concert with region management, and deploys tactics to achieve or exceed area and company sales growth objectives.
Identify and acquire high quality, long-term, "preferred" customers to support growth through acquisition.
Make sales presentations to prospective customers at fairs, shows, exhibits, businesses and residences.
Introduce all DS Waters of America, Inc. products and services. Identify customer needs; match needs to Company products and services, and overcome customer objections and resistance.
Negotiate appropriate pricing and adjustment decisions within established guidelines.
Follow up to ensure new customers are set as requested. Set up and tear down booth locations as needed.
Communicate front-line conditions and customer problems to manager.
Create and maintain contracts, accounting and service documentation and logs as required by manager.
Operate Company or personal vehicle, as needed, within safety standards.
