The Project Coordinator will be the liaison between customers, sales executives, technical engineers and developers.
Responsibilities
  • The selected candidate will help to determine scopes of work, manage work flow and project resources, edit, maintain and distribute project plans, and provide internal and external reports.
  • The Project Coordinator will play a key role in helping teams to meet deadlines, facilitate communication, and keep people on task and on budget.
  • Projects range from short to long term, simple to complex, and serve clients located throughout the US and Canada.

  • Requirements
  • The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of experience coordinating IT projects and customer implementations, will consider 6-12 months of experience with related internship.
  • Must have a good understanding of technical terms, outstanding organizational skills, scheduling experience, and the ability to organize a variety of resources.
  • Working knowledge of either MS Project or similar tools for tracking and reporting. MS Office and strong overall computer skills required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a MUST. Should be firm on best practices, yet adaptable to change. Professional and positive demeanor necessary.
  • A Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in CS, MIS or Business Management.
  • Some travel necessary (approximately 10%, day trips, US).
