Ntiva Inc. is currently accepting applications for a Technical Project Assistant. If you are a highly motivated individual with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and technicians and possess basic to strong IT knowledge, this position at Ntiva will be a great opportunity for you! The Technical Project Assistant is responsible for working directly with project management to provide effective logistical and administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Draft project proposals under direction from Project Manager
  • Create project tickets/plans in ConnectWise ticketing system
  • Procure project related materials and interfacing with the procurement team to track inventories
  • Create/manage/update deployment calendar for project communication to company
  • Schedule and coordinate Project Engineers and other team resources
  • Prepare agendas, materials, reports, presentations and other meeting collateral
  • Coordinate meetings/status calls and record meeting notes
  • Monitor project deliverables and schedule
  • Monitor project resource documentation for timeliness and accuracy, monitoring ticket resolution
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent technical writing ability
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Excellent initiative, self-direction, follow through and ability to grasp new concepts quickly and effectively
  • Excellent ability to foster working relationships within team and client departments to build consensus
  • Excellent ability to communicate with Senior Management
  • Excellent computer proficiency including use of spreadsheets and databases
  • Basic knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
  • Basic knowledge and experience in project management methods and techniques
  • Project Life Cycle experience a plus
Experience, Education, and Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Writing, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Three to five years of administrative support experience
