He or she must have excellent communication and leadership skills and a drive to be the best. Candidates must be willing to travel!! Executive Director Position Overview Key Responsibilities• Oversee day to day operations of our Community• Lead the Marketing and Sales efforts to increase census growth• Maintain high resident satisfaction• Recruit, train, mentor and inspire our team members • Consistently deliver exceptional health services• Manage budget to meet financial goals
Required Skills / Experience• High School graduate required, college preferred.• Must be a licensed Administrator or be able to obtain license as an Administrator.• Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and communication skills.• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents. Desired Skills / Experience• Licensed Administrator with a Bachelors Degree.• 4 plus years experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living/Independent Living or Memory Care facility.
