Under the direction of the Identity & Access Management Systems Director, the Information Protection Systems Associate (Active Directory) will be responsible for Active Directory (AD) object management in a 288,000 + user environment. This Associate Analyst will be involved with basic AD functions, auditing assistance, reporting, as well as assisting in Daily activities to enable the department in achieving Service Level Agreements and Customer Satisfaction. This Associate Analyst should have working knowledge in Active Directory.
You'll work closely with the team lead and/or senior to understand and follow support procedures. You will engage with business groups to understand and resolve production and non-production environment issues.
Essential Functions:
: Support Active Directory provisioning and deprovisioning processes, workflow and IT support model
: Respond to Active Directory support requests: high, medium and low
: Support Active Directory changes and troubleshooting
: Support Active Directory team
Mandatory Qualifications:
: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large Active Directory environment
: Understanding of WinTel host systems, such as Windows NT, 2000, 2003 and 2008, Windows XP and Windows 7
: Experience in troubleshooting and administering Windows 2003/2008 Servers
: Experience in troubleshooting and administering a Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory infrastructure
: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
: Exam 70-294 (Planning, Configuration, Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 AD Infrastructure)
: Exam 70-640 (Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration)
: scripting would be a plus/helpful.
