Assists and supports directors, managers and staff, and anticipates their needs, taking initiative to meet those needs. Provides exceptional service to internal and external customers demonstrating professionalism, good judgment, drive for results, and confidentiality. Provides action-oriented support including administrative, meeting/event scheduling and preparation, calendar management, and screening mail and phone calls.
High School diploma or GED, prefer Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 years experience in administration support, and 3 years supporting director or executive level positions, minimum of 3-5 years of advanced experience using Microsoft Office software. Typing 60 wpm. Knowledge of wide variety of computer programs and office equipment. Professionalism. Excellent leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team (both management and support).
