Unit Summary: The 2011 Stanley Cup Boston Bruins are an Original
Six franchise in the National Hockey League with a storied history going back

Your Role: Maintain financial records and controls to
assure prompt and accurate reporting of earnings and liquidity. Prepare financial
reporting and analysis for monthly financial reports, journal entries, monthly
accruals, and monthly transactions. Perform account reconciliation’s for
accounts related to inter-company and balance sheet accounts. Review and
reconcile Box Office NHL reporting to Archtics (Ticketmaster). Assist in
coordinating the audit process and preparation. Perform monthly review of
balance sheet activity. Assist the Controller with monthly close to ensure the
integrity of the process and provide accurate and timely data. Prepare
quarterly/annual Lender compliance package. Assist in the preparation of NHL
reporting packages (URO, HRR etc) as required by the NHL. Assist in the
preparation and analysis of the annual operating plan and administrative dept
budgets. Assist outside tax auditors in the preparation of the annual 990 and
PC for Foundation. Track grant and 50/50 payments. Prepare the timely and
accurate recording of various general ledger journal entries. Utilize
PeopleSoft and MS Excel capabilities to streamline efforts. Explore new uses
for automated software to increase efficiency and to provide meaningful
financial information to Operational Management. Identify enhancements to
existing methodologies.


Our Expectations: Bachelors degree or
equivalent, degree in Accounting/Finance required, CPA
certification a plus. 3-5 years experience. Strong organizational and
analytical skills. Able to successfully collaborate with all levels of the
organization. High level of integrity.
