Responsibilities will include supporting daily operations activities, phone calls nationwide to prospective employees, interacting with multiple warehouse branch locations throughout the country, handling report generation, Excel spreadsheets and taking on special projects as needed.

Computer proficiency, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word), ability to do spreadsheets and related office experience required.

Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills a must. Previous administrative experience for a Recruiting Agency is preferred.
