As an Sales Support Representative in our Retail Market, you will work to maintain our high level of order accuracy and review orders to determine if they require follow up from one of our Market Support Representatives for possible up-sell, cross-sell or substitutions for backorders.
Accurately enter customer orders into Order Entry system
Serve as primary interface for daily order entry activity
Collaborate effectively with Sales team to address customer needs
Participate in special projects and provide various levels of administrative support as required
Insure accuracy of database
Ability to learn and utilize our order management system
Strong attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated customer service abilities
Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
AA degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience and skills
Prior 2 years sales support experience is required
