What you’ll do:
  • Participate in campaign test design
  • Develop appropriate metrics to assess performance of campaign variables such as promotions, creative, and targeting
  • Collaborate with Technology Enablement and Account Services to convert data into conclusions and recommendations
  • Summarize and present findings and key learning
  • Forecast and model performance based on findings
  • Produce and maintain recurring marketing reports
  • Assist in uploading of new reporting, analytics and dashboards
  • Assist with analytic dashboard content management
  • Support marketing program response analysis as required

How to qualify:
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in quantitative or analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing,
  • Accounting or related field
  • Five years direct marketing experience preferred
  • Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server experience preferred
  • Strong grasp of descriptive statistics
  • 5+ years experience using MS T-SQL preferred
  • Experience with web analytics such as Webtrends,Omniture or Google Analytics preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling (response models, demand estimation)
  • Consumer segmentation experience
  • Expert in ability to manipulate data using Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Possess professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent management of details in a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong ability to make relevant strategic observations
  • Experience in presentation preparation
  • Project management across multiple functional resources
  • OLAP cubes and reporting applications
  • Statistical analysis and report generation capability
