Responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns for iGaming initiatives. Works closely with company and vendor marketing teams to maintain the iGaming email marketing calendar, create database segmentation and provide analysis on performance. Works with the Interactive Marketing department on new initiatives.

Essential Functions:
• Build, test and send all manually-built email campaigns using industry standard tools
• Repair any email campaigns that do not launch correctly
• Monitor and analyze company’s iGaming websites, micro-sites, and other traffic sources to gauge success of related marketing campaigns
• Provide post formas and recommend improvements for web traffic, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
• Add, delete, and change the master email calendar to ensure all email campaigns are properly recorded for tracking purposes.
• Identify new opportunities i.e. online communities, blogs, posting boards, calendars, etc. to promote the properties’ programs and initiatives
• Help troubleshoot any technical issues, as required
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years of previous campaign management and/or consumer-facing email marketing preferred
• Knowledge of various type of poker games and tournament formats preferred
• Previous experience developing new ideas that led to successful results
• Previous experience developing and/or editing marketing plans using data-driven results
• Knowledge of email best practices, opt-in/-out requirements as well as CAN-SPAM legislation
• General knowledge of email service provider tools, Lyris, graphic design and HTML code is preferred
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Interest of the digital world, internet, social networks and the ability to stay up to date with online trends and determine future online opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to make sound recommendations and develop new ideas based on data
• Ability to work on an integrated team and to take initiative to ensure the quality and accuracy of websites is constantly maintained
• Strong project management skills with experience working independently on multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent spelling, grammar, editing, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication preferred

Physical Requirements
• Continuously sitting at a desk or table working on a computer and working indoors (more than 75% of the time)
• Occasionally moving throughout the casino property in a timely manner
• Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail
• Vision and literacy (critical)
• Ability to work in a smoky, noisy environment with bright lights, and hot and cold temperatures
