Work Location - Atlanta The Project Manager has full responsibility for the successful requirements development, deployment, adoption, and usability of the Management Tool. The Project Manager establishes and operates a disciplined framework to assess End-to-End process execution scaling, process adherence and prioritize improvement opportunities with Process Definition teams. Role is to break down rollout into key process steps, and identify all user groups involved, collect requirements to support rapid scalability and tracking of projects. Project Manager would be expected to Manage the professional development Translate business needs into user cases for internal and external IT programmers and other vendors (as needed) Manage requirements gathering from the user community and coordinate the successful delivery of such requirements in future releases Create live training sessions, user documentation, job aids and multi-media outlets (t-Space, SharePoint) Responsible for the following establishing a process, establishing the project timeline to oversee schedules and logistics, tracking project milestones, identifying potential roadblocks and resolving issues, working with multiple disciplines such as Engineering, Site Development, Construction, Operations Maintenance, Back Office teams, third party vendors, and others on all aspects of project delivery.

ensure compliance to the process, on-time market launch, and drive multi- function project tasks to completion. creates and maintains the daily Action Item Register and holds all team members accountable to their commitments. Prepares regular update reports for customer management. provide feedback to the IPMO Team for interim stop-gap capabilities.

Working with IT to prioritize and coordinate delivery of requirements. Defining system and data flow to support process execution and reportinganalytics teams. Supporting and coordinating user testing on new tools or enhancements to existing tools. Align process execution requirements with back office systems (inventory, provisioning, workflow) Coordinate process automation requirements with T front door teams.

Shall have BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, MSEEMSCS preferred PMP certification wireless telecommunications experience in a multiple technical, project and program management disciplines, including planning, designing and deploying wireless networks, such as 2G3G4G a demonstrated history in successfully coordinating various functional teams on large projects possess strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills. Have strong oral and written communication skills, and advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint General skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment Strong communication, analytical skills Ability to present and articulate messages to executive management Ability to foresee issuesrisks and articulate resolve them Ability to work well in a team environment and in a matrixed organization Have the big picture perspective but ability to drill down to details Understanding of project management tools and techniques (dashboarding, critical path, metrics interpretation) Ability to understand implications of quantitative data, identify gaps in performance (with respect to project deliverables achievement), create plans to mitigate or improve, and gain buy-in from all necessary areas to achieve improvement Project Management ; Telecom experience.
