6+years of actual work experience, several exams, meets exam program qualifications, credentialed. Familiar with technical concepts to apply them to projects. Work with junior colleagues and reviews their work. Able to demonstrate how to complete work. Has a strong technology perspective on basic tools. Familiar with specialized tools and can make progress starting to code from scratch. Able to handle basic questions from clients. Prepares 1st drafts of meeting materials or Statements of Actuarial Opinions (SAOs). Knows when to solve problems independently. Dig into DAAT, understand how it works, complete tasks with little guidance. Interpret results for reasonability
