Full-Time. Located in Kona.
Sell complete cable packages, upgrade existing services, save downgrades, and to promote excellent customer service by assisting customers, providing information, answering questions and solving problems in the KONA System area.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one-year administrative, customer service, or sales experience is required. Working knowledge of computers including Windows, Word, Excel. Stable employment history.
SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGES AND ABILITIES : Types at least 40 wpm, use of telephone system, and calculator. Must have excellent telephone etiquette, good persuasive, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to sell and handle all customer service inquiries through effective communication. Knowledge of general office procedures, basic mathematics.
Lifts and carries 8 pound converters. Communicates on telephone and in-person with customers. Extended use of telephone headset and ear piece.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm. Off Friday's and Sunday's. Additional coverage as necessary. Subject to change.
