Manager, Technology, Oracle Package Technology, EBS position available in Seattle, WA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Lead global finance transformation projects; manage a team of consultants to achieve project objectives; define systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, test, and define support procedures; and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Implement technology-enabled solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. Manage the architecture and implementation of ledger and sub-ledger accounting (SLA) to perform IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP reporting requirements across North America (NA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Business Administration, IT, MIS, CIS or a related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant or a related position. The employer will accept three years of university-level studies plus two years of experience in meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement. Five years of progressively responsible experience must include: Ledger and sub-ledger accounting (SLA) to perform IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP reporting requirements; Designing and restructuring existing chart of accounts to architect new Global Chart of Accounts to meet management and statutory reporting requirements for global clients; Common enterprise structure and multi-organization access control (MOAC) implementation; Architecting overall finance transformation solutions based on Oracle Financials platform utilizing General Ledger (GL), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), E-Business Tax (EB-Tax), Advanced Global Intercompany (AGIS), Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Cash Management (CM), Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR); Re-designing business processes using the Business Process Re-engineering technique; AGIS to meet inter-company and intra-company processing requirements for global clients; EB-Tax to meet local tax requirements; AR billing, revenue recognition, lockbox and auto cash application; GL budgeting, Mass allocations, Revaluation, Ledger sets, Data access sets, consolidation, elimination and FSG reporting; Building complex integrations between Oracle Financials and downstream systems including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Essbase, and Data Warehouses supported by OBIEE; and Configuring Oracle iSetup. 80% travel required.
