Pathology consultation and interpretive services to researchers using the newly developed In-vivo Animal Core facility. Secondary responsibilities may include pathology interpretation of diagnostic cases in support of the animal health program and educational support for laboratory animal medicine veterinary residents and laboratory staff. DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited or equivalent institution and advanced training in anatomic pathology. Board certification or certification eligibility for the American or European Colleges of Veterinary Pathologists is required Desired Qualifications*
Clinical pathology experience is highly desirable. The successful applicant must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated effective teamwork. Knowledge of translational research, regulatory requirements for investigational new drug submissions to the Food & Drug Administration is highly preferred. Underfill Statement
