About Us:
The company is a mobile-based software-as-a-service company that helps child care centers and preschools better record children's daily activities on a digital platform. We enable preschools to track a child's learning progress at ease, securely share between teachers and parents, and optimize their daily operation using data collected on the platform.

Scope of work:

As a Customer Engagement/Sales Consultant, you will be expected to:
. Interact with childcare center/preschool directors, teachers, community supporters to introduce our services through phone calls, emails, face-to-face demonstration or early childhood education community events
. Engage child care and preschool directors to join our pilot program for a free, no obligation trial of the product and services
. Provide training and timely support to our customers (childcare/preschool directors, teachers and parents)
. Obtain continuous feedback from customers on product functionality and user experience
. Maintain great relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing superior services
. Converting trial users to paying customers

Desired Qualifications:

. Experience with working in a childcare center or preschool setting as a director or administrator are highly desirable.
. Experience with sales and marketing
. Experience with tablet or mobile based application use
. Good understanding of importance of family involvement in children's early learning years
. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
. Enjoy interacting with new people (educators in particular) and finding out their needs
. Proactive and hardworking
. Motivated and aggressive in going above and beyond on sales goals.

We provide full back end support and will facilitate you to pick-up the sales efforts within 10 days.
