Marketing Aftermarket Analyst, Services, Latin America

Requirements
Campaign & Promotion Planning
  • Assist with the implementation of periodic channel promotions in Latin America to deliver results and increase margin.
Market Intelligence
  • Work closely with Global teams to create/improve processes, benchmark customer value, competitive activities and comparisons, and the overall gathering of market data and intelligence to help management in making sound decisions relative to price, scope, and promotion.
Sales Assistance/Training
  • Assist our sales personnel in their efforts to position and sell Ingersoll Rand Services products
  • Assist and channel technical requests to resolution
  • Assist in developing training and resource tools.
  • Translate current available tools and adapt to fit market needs
Marketing Communications
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communication Team to develop strategic campaigns for the launch of new product.
  • Develop new, revise, and/or translate, existing ads, direct mailers, datasheets, product brochures, e-bulletins
Analytics
  • Monitor, gather and analyze Program results.
  • Monitor and analyze parts sales metrics to identify cause-effect relationships and uncover gaps and opportunities that improve aftermarket sales
  • Support marketing decisions by finding and delivering the most effective ways to communicate performance measurements
  • Assist with the collection and analysis of the various needs and wants of internal and external customers
Other
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to find answers and achieve results
  • Strong computer skills that includes reporting software (Siebel, Oracle, MFGPro)
  • Expert ability in Excel required, including pivot tables.
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal). Portuguese required but not a must
  • Proven ability to manage many tasks at once and manage timely delivery without supervision
  • Effective communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, problem solving, data manipulation and management skills
  • Excellent group presentation skills
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial market or 5 years of experience in standard Marketing/Finance
