Responsible for providing innovative, compliant and customized service to both internal and external customers. Solving our customer's issues with our multi-functionality, versatility and teamwork. Partnering with internal departments, origination centers and other operations to ensure customer's requirements are met.
Responsible for maintaining disposition process and voucher clearing in a timely manner.
Responsible voucher clearing for multiple portfolios.
Identify training needs of other associates and departments in regard to dispositions and vouchers.
Termination and disposition of accounts.
Application and reapplication of cash.
Facilitate and drive for timely resolution of issues with operating centers.
Responsible for renewal processing and rebooking.
Analyze and understand sub ledgers and accounting entries made during the disposition and rebooking processes.
Ensure compliance with business rules on all transactions processed.
Reconcile and process complex account transactions.
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years’ related customer service work experience or equivalent military experience.
Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.

1 year experience in financial services or accounting environment.
Excellent communication skills interpersonal, verbal, and written.
Bilingual, both written and verbal.
Ability to cooperate and build positive, productive relationships with internal and external customers and team members.
Attention to detail; accurate and well-organized.
Strong problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet deadlines.
Professional phone mannerisms, ability to listen and probe, determine root causes and resolve issues quickly.
Previous reporting experience.
