SENIOR, ANALYST HRIS

SUMMARY
Support and maintain the execution of Human Resource programs (operational and technical) throughout the HR department and company. Perform as a technical point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts in Human Resources, Operations, IT, and third party providers to ensure data integrity, test system changes, write report, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities. Support and deliver functional training and communications in partnership with IT training and enterprise learning and development teams. Continually educate key clients and system end users on system functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performs scheduled activities.
  • Maintains HRIS tables and provides data entry support as needed.
  • Interacts with all levels and groups within the organization to implement, support, and maintain the HRIS.
  • Act as SME, administrator, and super user to the HR organization on assigned systems, set up and cross functionally test configuration changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a set of standard queries and reports for end users to run, suggest new reports as needed, assure accuracy of all delivered data; develop one off requests for specific data as needed.
  • Conducts training classes for HR and Benefits users as needed.
  • Work in a fast faced team environment to develop, implement, and support HR system software projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in design, development, and maintenance of MS Access database solutions, preferably HR-related.
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in HR-related functions and/or HR Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 2 year enterprise HR application experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or JDE. JDE knowledge and experience a plus.
  • Must demonstrate strong knowledge of database structure and querying skills; report writing experience leveraging SQL a plus.
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must demonstrate working knowledge of basic HR concepts.
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills appropriate for a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, MIS, or computer science preferred.
