Role & Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Analyst is a newly created position and will be part of a growing department in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You should be a self-starter, able to multi task and pay great attention to detail. The goal of this position is to assist the sales team with information they need to expand our client base and expand our market profile.
The Sales Operations Analyst helps to administer and drive processes for financial forecasting, compensation and goal reporting, compensation payouts, and strategic planning activities. Candidates should be comfortable working with large amounts of data and the ability to organize, gather and analyze sales data.
As a Sales Operations Analyst you will…..
Order Process & Customer Contract Maintenance
Process signed contracts which includes ensuring legal paperwork is complete, contractual terms are entered into SF.com accurately and contract activation
Resolve customer contract problems with customer service, sales management, or sales reps
Ensure compliance with policies for booking of orders
Verify pricing and general compliance with contractual guidelines using pricing lists and contracts
Sales Order Process & Improvements
Support sales by developing and improving sales strategies, processes, systems, policies, and procedures to support business growth
Participate on cross functional process improvement teams; work with field sales management to coordinate the implementation of process changes
General Sales Operation Activities
Assist with Salesforce.com maintenance and various administrative tasks
Monitor adherence to sales processes and implement corrective actions when necessary
Monitor and maintain accurate territory assignments, territory management
Assist Sales team as needed with sales support activities
Reconciliation with Finance of Forecasting & Reporting
Additional reporting & analysis as needed
Requirements:
Effective communication skills; the ability to communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of the organization.
0-3 years experience
Degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Demonstrated strong project planning methodology.
Demonstrated strong communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools (required) and SF.com (preferred)
