This position interfaces with all departments on systems architecture and design, investigation production problems, and providing technical support for problem analysis and resolution.

Skills and experience required:
Thorough knowledge of MVS, JCL and Utilities.
Knowledge of any of the following software is preferred: Endevor, Aldon, InfoPath & Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inferface with all levels of management and department staffs.
Initiative, persistence and excellent analytical skills.
This is a 1st shift position, however, candidates must be willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift when needed.
Employees in this position must be available at all times, at discretion of management, to perform their job functions in the event of a potential hurricane or other emergency situation.
High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
Essential functions of this job:
Develop and maintain Production Automation.
Analyze and develop procedure for transfer of Operation's software from mainframe to personal computer.
Diagnose and resolve abnormal program and system conditions. Further direct problems accordingly and track to resolution. Maintain Problem Determination System.
Direct operational documentation as it applies to automation.
Technical enhancement of TWS.
Direct changes of JCL and PROC's as required to resolve problems.
Work closely with Operations on chagnes and enhancements.
COMPENSATION : Our competitive compensation plan offers a salary plus annual bonus potential targeted at 15% of salary, up to 22.5% of salary.
