Manages team of Business Relationship Managers, Business Sales Officers, Business Deposit Consultants, Commercial Loan Officers, Business Relationship Associates and Credit Analysts. Promotes the growth of the team s portfolio by implementing marketing and business plans, reviews the quality of the team's business, and ensures the loan portfolio remains sound. Reviews credit limits of Relationship Managers and ensures all credit decisions are in compliance with all policies and standards. Exercises the usual authority of a manager in the hiring, training, motivating and developing team members. Typical team is comprised of 8 to 10 total TMs. Typically manages 3+ Rel Mgrs, 5+ FTE s and annual customer revenue of +/- $2 M.
2+ years leadership experience. 5+ years business banking experience.
Commercial and/or business credit underwriting experience. Mentoring and/or coaching experience.
