Title: Operations Manager-Bay Area

The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising day-to-day parking operations for an assigned location(s). This position involves the training and supporting of an operations team. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of customers and clients, as well as successfully managing revenue controls.

Responsibilities:

- Operate location(s) with excellence and attention to detail.

- Manage multiple locations with up to 20 employees

- Promote positive customer and client relations.

- Initiate and oversee property maintenance to keep it in excellent condition. Keep parking areas clean and free of litter and rubbish. Maintain pedestrian entry/exit walkways free from snow and ice.

- Reconcile accounts receivable and respond appropriately to delinquent accounts.

- Record daily and monthly parking revenue. Supervise collections, including the handling of receipts, journal entries, records of account, bank deposits, and delinquent accounts.

- Supervise and evaluate employee performance and lead or participate in coaching and discipline.

- Coordinate and schedule employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels per shift to meet service requirements and budget. Check time and attendance system records, compile and submit payroll.

- Support valet operation(s) and oversee cashiers.

- Act as a point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims for the location.

- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested by the client.

- Attend meetings and coordinate space allocation for special events.

- Provide P&L variance reports for location(s).

- Ensure integrity of financial reporting and cash controls; audit cashiers and related reports, as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Experience working in the parking, real estate, leasing, retail, hospitality or property management industry.

- Experience working with financial statements/accounting, P&L reports and budgeting.

- Experience with supervising direct reports, including non-exempt personnel, and participating in performance management functions, such as evaluations, coaching and discipline.

- Strong computer skills.

- Be able to maintain flexibility in schedule in order to meet operational needs.

- Strong problem-solving skills; solution oriented
