Greets and manages visitors to the Administrative Team with professional appearance and presentation at all times. Answers telephone and provides assistance, guidance and direction to all that vist the office. Provides confidential administrative and secretarial support for the Chief Nursing Officer, Physician Liaison & the Administrative Team. Assists the CNO direct reports as needed. Maintains administrative files and other confidential records and documents. Prepares and distributes memorandums, letters, orders equipment/supplies as requested. Copies and distributes informational correspondence and materials. Participates in and on any special projects as needed from the perspective of information gathering, compilation, note taking, etc. Prepares and transcribes memos, agendas, and minutes for meetings as requested.
        Performs routine office functions as required: Xeroxing, faxing, scanning, filing, organizing, etc. Coordinates daily calendars for the Chief Nursing Officer, Physician Liaison & the Administrative Team as directed i.e, Staffing Advisory Committee. Employee has willingness and ability to perform additional duties in different areas of the hospital on an as-needed basis. Consistently strives to understand, anticipate and meet the needs, expectations and satisfaction of patients, visitors, co-workers and medical staff. Creatively inclined in assisting with hospital events (physician related). Work with Business Development Coordinator and assist with sales kits to promote hospital service lines. Provide coverage to the Executive Assistant as requested and during periods of vacation. High School Diploma or Equivalent. One (1) year Executive office experience in a hospital setting preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office software and database management including Power Point, Excel and/or Lotus spreadsheets. Must be detail-oriented. Requires an individual who can perform and prioritize multiple tasks at once and can meet numerous project time deadlines. Individual must have excellent written skills; good communication and organizational skills. Works well under pressure.
