Ensures Accounts achieve established goals relating to growth in referral/admission volume. Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve targeted growth across all assigned lines of business. Identifies new areas of business and establishes the process to obtain referrals. Liaise with hospitals, nursing homes, community agencies and physician offices. Educates customers about all services that MJHS offers. Works with internal MJHS partners to ensure quality service of facility customers and their referred patients.

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or clinical discipline (RN, PT, etc.), required; Graduate degree in above fields, preferred. 5 years progressively responsible experience in sales and Hospice marketing, with healthcare background strongly preferred. Strong management, communications, and analytical (quantitative and qualitative) skills required.
