Our CFS is designed to work specifically with children in their home and school environment. The CFS is responsible for variety of services ranging from behavioral management, transportation, respite care, school aid, crisis intervention, self-help skills building, vocational training and other services as needed to provide “whatever it takes” to make a successful and permanent placement for a child. The CFS work is coordinated by the Wraparound Facilitator. He/She is a part of the Child and Family Team staff. Minimum Requirements
Skills and Abilities (illustrative only)
•Ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with seriously emotionally disturbed adolescents, parents, foster parents, caregivers, schools, other staff, physicians, county agencies, other health care and social services providers and the public.

Bachelors’ Degree in child counseling, development, psychology, social services or related social science field
•Four (4) years of experience working with At Risk Your / SED children in a mental health setting (Individual Rehab, Counseling, Mentoring, etc.)
•Valid California Driver's License and ability to drive to and from client’s homes in personal vehicle
•Bilingual Spanish is Highly Desired to meet our current client needs
