Freescale’s AMPD (Analog Mixed-Signal & Power Division) designs and produces high performance ICs for automotive applications and for consumer power management. Our ICs are in electric vehicles, airbag systems,
s and engine and powertrain control. Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Working in association with senior design engineers, conduct analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop design for electronic components, products and systems for automotive, analog and digital semiconductor, and other high-tech electronics applications using Cadence and SPICE.

Will only consider candidates currently living in Michigan.
Candidate will need to be a student of BS/MS degree in electrical engineering.
Must have good interest and leaning motivation in analog circuit design theory and device physics.
A good understanding of MOSFET and Bipolar Junction Transistor mechanism and theory is required of the successful candidate.
Familiarity with and ability to operate lab equipments such as oscilloscope, pulse/function generator, semiconductor parameter analyzer will be plus.
Must have effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with technical people.
