This position is for a marketing manager to support Aetna''s Consumer Financial Solutions Business Development team. The marketing manager will be responsible for leading the overall promotion and adoption strategy for a new business line focused on improving the health care payment process for consumers, including: - Managing external vendor relationships to develop and drive consumer adoption and usage strategy- Working with Aetna''s strategic partner to maximize promotion and sales to providers- Leading the event and PR strategy - Identifying other strategic partnerships or channels for consumer and/or provider promotion- Continue to evolve products user experience through suggest UI changes and other user experience improvementsIn addition, the marketing manager will support and potentially drive other strategic initiatives within the Business Development team, aimed at continually expanding our business line in the health and financial space. This may include: - Developing the strategy for a new business or marketing opportunity that leverages existing assets to expand into new markets and/or product lines.- Creating a marketing plan to test and/or launch a new initiative- Creating strategic partnerships in the consumer space to support the strategy
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.

The candidate must possess the following: - Direct to consumer marketing experience - Experience within the health care and/or banking space- Experience leading large marketing and/or business initiatives focused on maximizing consumer adoption- Highly creative thinking skills with a proven ability to execute on the vision created- Adept at changing course as needed and working on multiple priorities at once- Desire to work at a high strategic level while also being able to work on many details needed to start up a new business venture- Experience marketing to health care professionals a plus- Masters Degree preferredThis position is part of an exciting team focused on ideating, developing and incubating new business initiatives to evolve and grow the Consumer Financial Solutions business. The Marketing Manager will be part of the BD leadership team but will have a matrixed reporting relationship with the ACFS Head of Marketing.
