If you enjoy a competitive sales environment without the need to cold call, this role is for you. Our inside sales agents enjoy a competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn a monthly incentive by assisting clients who need Home Insurance. This is a home owner specialist position. You will be assisting clients in purchasing Homeowners, Condo and Renters insurance policies.
Candidates will receive extensive training to prepare them for the role
including company paid pre-licensing training which prepares candidates to pass the AZ P&C licensing. All candidates must pass the Arizona test within 14 days of hire as part of their training.
In the role, you will speak to people from all over the country that have selected our company because of the relationship we have built with our Fortune 500 partners. You'll be surrounded by teammates that have the same competitive spirit and competitive fire to deliver high quality results that help our clients and our shareholders, as well as, help them earn incentives
Qualifications
Applicants must possess great customer service skills; a high school diploma or equivalent with one or more years of pertinent work history. The role demands the ability to work on the phones, process information, operate a computer effectively while displaying excellent customer service and sales skills. Integrity & honesty are a must while working in this fast paced contact center environment.
The position requires the ability to work evenings. Hours of operation for this team are between 9am and 9pm CST Monday through Friday. Starting base salary is $13.22/hr. You also have the opportunity to increase monthly compensation based on your sales production.
