The IT Shared Services, Global Program Services (GPS) Organization, a member of Johnson & Johnson's family of companies, is recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions, located in Raritan, NJ.
The GPS Organization is part of Johnson & Johnson IT Shared Services, a global organization responsible for delivering Information Services around the world.
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions will work cross functionally with IT Architecture, Engineering, Operations and Business Units to deliver against the defined program/project scope focused in the Mergers & Acquisitions Portfolio within IT. The Project Manager will be responsible for performing key functions on a day to day basis including defining the program/project delivery roadmaps, estimating work efforts and resource requirements. Responsibilities also include developing and monitoring the business case with assistance, managing the program/project financial plans and budgets for Infrastructure and managing a matrix team to lead the delivery effort across multiple technical teams. The Project Manager will be driving schedules, tracking and reporting status as well as managing and escalating issues and risks as required for discussion and resolution with peers, senior business and IT leadership. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring the team for success, adhering to SDLC methodology, documentation and deliverables, crafting and delivering Senior Executive level presentations and dashboards and playing a key role in the management and delivery of the Mergers & Acquisitions Portfolio.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 7 years of program and project management is required. A minimum of 5 years in complex IT infrastructure projects and programs spanning multiple years and annual budgets exceeding $5 million is required. A minimum of two years' experience in IT infrastructure deployment is preferred. Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage dynamic and challenging relationships is required. Excellent communication skills; capable of focusing communications at the right level, with the right impact is required. Strong financial/cost focus: able to manage large budgets and drive unit cost productivity is required. Process orientation with an unrelenting drive for continuous improvement is required. Holding self-accountable for flawless execution is required. Demonstrating a clear bias for action and a sense of urgency is required. Experience in the management of matrix teams including building collaboration and teamwork is required. Previous experience managing off-shore resources is required.
