Oversee a ll Rhode Island contact center training a ctivities.
Work in partnership with the staff on training curriculum for input a nd a pproval.
Work in partnership with the UHIP vendor to develop a “train the trainer” a pproach to systems training for the contact center staff.
Work in partnership with staff throughout the project to identify training needs, develop, a nd refine training modules to a ddress those needs.
Develop a nd implement formal training plans to meet contractor responsibilities a nd standards.
Develop training resources a nd materials to maintain a library of training a ides.
Ensure a ppropriate training for new employees a s well a s refresher training for a ll employees.
Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs through testing a nd performance reviews.
Work with the MAXIMUS 'Center for Employee Development' a nd training managers from projects throughout the organization to ensure best practices a s well a s up-to-date training techniques.
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education, Experience, a nd A bilities :
Bachelor's degree , preferably in a health or social services field
Three to five years of supervisory experience in a health or social services field
Knowledge of quality a ssurance, industry quality standards (such a s ISO 9001:2008)
Continuous quality improvement, performance monitoring, process mapping, a nd basic research skills.
