PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Mission Management Operator (MMO) to support our Boulder, CO operations.

The MMO will conduct positional changeover; format and submit all ad-hoc Universal Tasking Requests (UTR); coordinate with intelligence sources; coordinate with the System Crew Chief (SCCH) for ground and space systems tasks that may be impacted due to schedule changes; generate candidate plans and schedules for ad-hoc requests; notify CMDR of schedule impacts due to unexpected events; verify the proper parameter files are available when schedule changes occur; distribute promoted schedules to external agencies via CKNet; perform memo-gram actions impacting promoted schedules; promote candidate schedules when approved by the CMDR; inform SCCH of any expected File Availability Notification (FAN) messages; transfer parameter files, while out of view, to the required locations for the upcoming HEO rev, if applicable. Candidate will manage the promoted schedule and changes to the schedule to account for ad-hoc changes and real-time schedule adjustments; will follow all procedures listed in the CETM on CKNet and HHQ instructions; and will have knowledge of all scheduled tasks to include any prerequisites or post requisites, priorities, and windows of execution to facilitate schedule changes. * This position requires candidate to work a continuous rotating shift.

Required Skills/Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in related field, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of related professional experience required. Military experience can also be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • Candidate must currently hold (and have the ability to maintain) a DoD Top Secret security clearance w/ SCI eligibility required.
