Job Summary: Plan, direct, and coordinate, through direction of Director of IS and/or Lead Project Manager, activities related to assigned Information Systems' projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Work with team members to establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of EBMS' policies. 1.1.
Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 2. Identify resources needed and assign tasks as appropriate. 3.
Manage day to day operational aspects of assigned project. 4. Attend meetings to explain and interpret project initiatives and progress. 5.
Report on project plan progress, costs and scheduling. 6. Customer Service 6.1. Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery.
6.2. Provides timely and thorough follow up with, internal and external customers. 6.3. Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command.
7. Quality Assurance 7.1. Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams, as assigned, to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction. 7.2.
Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters and recommend viable solutions. 7.3. Performs self quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals. 7.4.
Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance. 7.5. Collaborates with others and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures. 7.6.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred with one year related experience, or Associate's degree in computer science or related field with two years related experience, or H.S.
Diploma or equivalent with industry specific certifications and four years related experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Strong leadership skills. Strong analytical and technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated project management skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Working knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work with little direction, prioritize workloads, multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines. Physical Demands Working Conditions: Work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise.
Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 25 pounds, walking, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required. A typical workday involves sitting, frequent use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing, approximately 70% of the time. Approximately 30% or less of the time is spent standing. Normal vision abilities required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus.
