We offer a broad platform to accommodate the evolving needs of our clients. Reconcile mutual fund holdings between custodian bank and internal systems. Liaise with custodians and traders on cash reporting. Provide trade support and oversee trade transmissions between NB trading and custodian bank. Handle settlement issues for various trade activity including Equity, REIT, High Yield, Bank Loan, International, and Derivative securities. Ensure accuracy of various calculations such as expense ratios, WAMs, SEC and/or one and seven day yields. Prepare fund fact sheet data for marketing including top tens, industry/maturity/sector summaries and various other statistics. Review schedules of investments and financial statements for semi and annual reports; review quarterly N-Q filings. Analyze expense accruals and process periodic adjustments to the funds' accounting records. Read and comprehend security corporate actions and process appropriately. Prepare/review various types of reports for the mutual funds' independent board of trustees. Support closed end fund functions such as dividend projections and basic maintenance compliance. Oversee mutual fund investment guideline compliance relating to prospectus and '40 Act rules and limitations. Monitor investment guidelines for subadvised funds and UCITs.
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance preferred or equivalent experience. Two to six years of relevant mutual fund experience. Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of fixed income and equity securities. Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
