The Manager, Data management will oversee a team of Data Managers. This will involve managing the allocation of resources, developing standard processes, providing input on project bids and serving as the line manager for several data managers. The manager will also be allocated to one or more projects or programs, with a billability goal of 50%. The manager will also be part of the global team responsible for suggesting and implementing changes in the proprietary EDC system. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a team of Data Managers
Study oversight within the Data Management team
Budget review and maintenance
Study timeline review and maintenance
Study team representation at internal and external sponsor meetings
Proposal and bid defense activities as needed

To be considered for this role you must have:
Two years’ experience as a line manager or a project manager
Effective client interactions
Experience in Data Management at a CRO/Sponsor
Experience with EDC studies and/or Oracle databases
Development/improvement of standard operating procedures
Experience with compliance around strict SOPs
Management experience, individuals and managing resources
