Under general guidance, the Sales Trainer will develop and implement sales training programs and systems to enhance the skills of sales representatives and/or sales management. Develop effective evaluation systems to measure training effectiveness. Manage goals, objectives and systems to ensure the achievement of company and regional sales education training for Plastic Surgery. Establishes objectives, develops, and implements sales training program including sales techniques and presentations and product applications information, group referencing, and role play. Provide materials and developmental support to sales organizations through presentations at conferences or sales meetings. Work closely with marketing, product managers, legal and regulatory, Region Directors and other departments to develop and produce specific sales training materials. With sales and marketing management input, develops and executes training programs. Continuously assesses training and development needs of the therapeutic field force and coordinates training resources, personnel and contract services to ensure the long term development of the Plastic Surgery team. Work closely with sales management to create, maintain and facilitate upward career paths for sales representatives. Develop and manage departmental expense budget. Manage and coordinate joint medical aesthetic national sales meeting in collaboration with facial aesthetics director of training and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Demonstrate a high standard of work ethics and professionalism to subordinates, peers, and superiors. Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s deree from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Marketing, Communications
Minimum 5-7 years professional sales trainer of medical device, pharmaceutical background
