Serves as a Principal Level Training and Development Specialist in support of the 35L20 Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) conducted at the TASS Army Reserve Training Center, Ft. Devens, MA. Provides service as a full time instructor and training developer to instruct, develop and update training products to meet the needs of current and future counterintelligence training. Provides training in conducting investigations of national security crimes such as espionage, treason and subversion. Trains students in: processing counterintelligence evidence; preparation and distribution of counterintelligence reports of force protection information; performing counterintelligence support to force protection operations; conducting liaison operations; maintaining counterintelligence files and databases. Will realistically, accurately and convincingly portray CI walk-ins, sources, and subjects in a variety of role playing scenarios in diversified settings and environments. Such practical exercises, situational exercises and tests will require the contractor to: memorize critical data contained in each role; be sufficiently familiar with each role so as to portray assigned roles with little reliance on or referral to the role script; convey information and data in response to correct and proper questioning and elicitation techniques; simultaneously complete Student Evaluation Sheet in accordance with Government provided references, procedures and forms; conduct post role verbal critique and retraining; and complete a written evaluation of student performance in accordance with Government provided references, procedures and forms.

Required Skills:
Have honorably served in the military in MOS 35L/351L/35E or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or an equivalent specialty in other U.S. government agencies conducting tactical, operational, or strategic counterintelligence operations/investigations for a minimum of 6 years.
Have at least 6 years relevant and current MOS investigative/counterespionage operational experience defined as working as a 35L/351L/35E excluding drill sergeant or recruiting duty and at least six months in a combat environment.
At least 2 years of practical experience supervising or training Counterintelligence Agents.
Must have a current TS clearance with SCI eligibility verifiable via JPAS.

Desired Skills:
Army Basic Instructor Certified (or service equivalent), OEF/OIF experience. Have knowledge of Cyber Counterintelligence.

Graduate of CFSO, SOC, ASOC, AFCITC, MOTC, FTC, or equivalent.

Graduate of FLETC or USAMPS evidence training.

Graduate of a Computer Forensics Course.

Graduate of the DIA Collection Management Course.

Graduate of the G2X Course or served in the position of DIV or higher G2X/HOC/CICA.

Graduate of the 35L30 Advanced Leader's Course.

Required Education (including Major):
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Political Science, International Relations, Psychology, Criminal Justice , Intelligence Studies , Legal Studies , or Security Management. Educational requirement may be waived in lieu of demonstrated operational experience.
